Reggae Uprising: Tribute to the Icons Part 2
Reggae has become embedded in the global music psyche, having found its place on the shelves and racks next to every genre of music ever recorded, from the classic, to electronic, soul, blues, jazz, hip-hop, electro…
So when local Montreal reggae personalities get together early next month for the Reggae Uprising tribute to the icons show early next month, it will be another confirmation that reggae is not a footnote in the history of recorded music, but that reggae lives… It’s world music.

Among them will be George Fennell, Kaisha Lee, Singer Robin, King Shadrock, and Sampaloo. They will be performing some of the hits recorded by various international reggae icons (choose your favourite reggae icon).
